The agreement

These terms govern your use of christopherlimo.com and any transportation services booked through it. The services are provided by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA, trading as Christopher Limo and operating within the TwelveTransfers network. By making a booking you accept these terms.

Bookings and quotes

Quotes are fixed and all-inclusive for the journey described at booking: they cover the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, included waiting time, airport parking for the pickup, meet and greet, and flight tracking where a flight number is provided. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation by email or phone.

Changes to the journey (additional stops, changed addresses, extended waiting) may adjust the fare; we always tell you before any additional amount applies.

Waiting time

Standard pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting; international airport arrivals include 60 minutes. Waiting beyond the included allowance may be charged, and we will communicate this before it applies wherever possible.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Cancellations between 24 and 3 hours before pickup are charged 30% of the fare. Cancellations within 3 hours are charged 50%. No-shows are charged 50% plus any parking or waiting fees incurred. To reschedule instead, call us: we accommodate changes whenever operationally possible.

Flight delays

When you provide your flight number, we track the flight and adjust the pickup time to the actual arrival at no charge. If no flight number is provided, waiting time runs from the booked pickup time.

Passenger responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, for the behavior of your party during the ride, and for using appropriate child restraints (which we supply on request at booking). Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles. We may refuse carriage where safety would be compromised, without refund where the circumstances were within the passenger’s control.

Luggage and belongings

Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle class shown at booking. We take care with your belongings but are not liable for items left in vehicles; if you do forget something, contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to return it quickly.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, road closures, or accidents, though we will always work to minimize their impact.

Payment

Payment is taken securely online at the time of booking through our payment provider. Corporate invoicing can be arranged in advance for business accounts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
