We share booking details with the chauffeur assigned to your trip and with the operational systems of our transfer network (TwelveTransfers) strictly to perform your ride. We use established third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery, and flight tracking; each receives only the data required for its function.

Data retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete personal information that we are not legally required to retain.
